We acquire existing properties or land suitable for residential development, with the specific aim to restore and reprise neglected buildings and property. Bauhaus Developments is fully committed to creating and delivering high quality homes, which incorporate both the latest technologies for contemporary living together with traditional craftsmanship and attention to architectural detail.
We place particular emphasis on design which is sophisticated yet simple.
Our acquisition strategy is led by purchasing outright and in certain circumstances Bauhaus Developments has undertaken joint ventures.
We work closely with our collaborators. We are supported by an experienced, skilled design team as well as by strong financial institutions for any financing requirements. This enables us to make decisions quickly.
